Ingredients :
250g beets
100g potato
10 curry leaves
3cups coconut milk
30g chopped onion
4 chopped green chilli
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp curry powder
1/2tsp turmeric powder
2tbsp chopped garlic
salt to taste
Directions :

Directions :
clean beet and tomato and cut in to your like. next add all ingredients in to a pan and cook about 15 minutes under medium heat. (mix well until cook)
