Dried Fish Curries
How to make Dried Fish (Karawala) Temparaduwa
Ingredients (For 8 People)
- · Dried Fish 170g
- · Sliced Onion 110g
- · Sliced Garlic 50g
- · Fenugreek (Uluhal) 1 tea spoon
- · 1 Sliced Tomato
- · Oil
- · Cinnamon 1 inch piece
- · Gambooge (Goraka) 1 piece
- · Curry leaves 2
- · Water ½ cup
- · chili powder 1 table spoon
- · Cloves 1
- · Enasal 1
Method :
- Cut the dried fish in to small pieces and wash putting goraka to it.
- Boil the oil in a saucepan put all the above ingredients except water and fry for 10 minutes.
- Add the water and reduce the fire and cook until the water disappear.
