Ingredients
2 Big Red Onions
2 green chillies
100g Plain white Yoghurt
a pinch of black pepper
Method
Slice the onions in half curve shape (cut the onion in half and then slice it) chop the green chillies finely.
Put the sliced onion in a bowl and using your fingers, slightly squeeze/mix them, so that the onion slices separates. mix the green chilles and the yoghurt and mix thoiroghly with your fingers.
Finally sprinkle the black pepper on top. It goes so well with Buriyani Rice. You will not get the right dish if you mix with a spoon/ladle.
