Ingredients : 50 rip green olives 1 tbsp chilli powder 1/4 tsp pepper powder 1 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tsp chopped garlic 2 tbsp oil 5 curry leaves 1 tbsp sugar salt to taste Directions : boil olives in salted water, then drain water and keep aside. next heat oil and add garlic and fry it to golden brown color. next add other ingredients and mix well for 1/2 minute, next add boiled olives and mix well. this is a very faverit food of Sri Lankan Teens and Child.
